Product Introduction:

PPM air box pulse bag filter is a high-efficiency filter developed by integrating the progressiveness of similar products at home and abroad. It combines the advantages of various bag type vacuum cleaners with chamber back blowing pulse dust cleaning, overcomes the disadvantages of insufficient chamber back blowing dust cleaning intensity, and simultaneous spraying pulse dust cleaning and filtering, thus expanding the application range of bag filter. Due to the unique structure of this type of dust collector, it improves dust removal efficiency and extends the service life of filter bags.

working principle:

The dusty gas enters the box through the inlet, and during the process of entering the upper box through the filter bag, the dust and gas are separated due to various effects of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box and is discharged from the outlet. As time goes on, the amount of dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag also increases, which increases the resistance of the dust collector. To ensure the required amount of gas passes through, the control instrument sends instructions to open the pulse valve in sequence, so that the compressed air in the gas bag is sprayed from the nozzle to each corresponding chamber, causing the filter bag to expand rapidly in an instant. Due to the reverse effect of the airflow, the dust accumulated on the filter bag is cleared, and the filter bag is regenerated. The cleared dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the body through the ash discharge valve. The dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically pulse blown to remove it, allowing the purified gas to pass through normally and ensuring the operation of the dust collector system.
